At Cane Creek Cycling Components, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every rider to be satisfied with their performance. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Obtain RMA Number
Once your request is submitted, our support team will review it and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email within 1-2 business days.
Package Your Components
Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send your package to our Fletcher, NC facility using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your replacement component.
